By creating an account and using the Romaniq application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Romaniq and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

To use Romaniq, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We require users to undergo a verification process, which may include LinkedIn integration and photo authentication, to maintain a safe and authentic community.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You agree not to engage in any harassing, offensive, or illegal behavior. Romaniq reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
